Nursery Account Executive £24K + Bonus

You’ll be working in our sales pod and be responsible for building your sales pipeline from day one, Putting your hard-earned sales skills and proven knowledge into practice in a fast-moving, pro-active target-driven area selling first aid training services to businesses across the UK.

The Role

• Putting your customer service and consultative sales skills to the test using leads gained from our lead generator you will be making calls to build key relationships and gain client commitment to train with us
• Creating and owning your own sales pipeline and portfolio
• Meeting targets to support the collective sales team target
• Creating the very best customer experience and building long term relationships
• Ensuring your positive attitude shines through with all customers

You’ll need:

• Ideally have experience in an Early Years setting
• Previous experience of working in a telephone sales role would be ideal
• A background in providing the best customer experienceAbility to negotiate and close business
• A great customer rapport and telephone skills
• The passion to take real accountability for your goals
• Determination to succeed and support the business
