Your first aid certificates are now delivered digitally — better for you, and better for the planet.
As part of our commitment to being a more sustainable business, we're moving to fully digital certificates. From now on, every certificate we issue will be sent to you by email rather than printed and posted — arriving faster, and impossible to lose.
A digital certificate is valid and recognised in exactly the same way as a printed one. You do not need a paper copy for any qualification — the digital version is sufficient on its own.
If you'd like a physical copy for your own records, you're very welcome to print it yourself.
Is there anything you need to do? Nothing at all. Just keep an eye on your inbox after your course and save the PDF somewhere safe. Need it resent, or sent to a different address? Get in touch and we'll sort it straight away.
