Refunds

More than four weeks before your course date:

You cancel your course or transfer your course to another date or individual free of change

Between four weeks and seven days before your course date:

You can cancel with a 50% refund or transfer to another course date. You can transfer the course place to another learner (as long as no part of the course has been started) on the same date free of charge.

Seven days or less before the course:

No amendments, cancellations or transfers can be made. Please note our course has a set number of learners per trainer and our cancellation policy is fair, industry standard and applies to all learners regardless of reasons for being unable to attend. For any avoidance of doubt: failure to arrive on time for course registration, failure to show up for training or cancellations within the seven-day period will result in a loss of the full course fee paid.

Notes

Once a booking has been amended no further amendments are possible.
