Our Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health Course is available at your place of work on a date of your choosing.
This 4 hour course is suitable for everyone, as it provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a suspected mental health condition, and the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.
This course is ideal for anyone in the workplace, as well as individuals who wish to have a better understanding of mental health issues.
