A cardiac arrest can happen at any time and when it does every second matters. Knowing how to use an AED is proven to save lives. This 3-hour course covers how to find, when to use and how to use an AED. Learners will also learn how to perform CPR on an infant/child and adult. We have also included how to deal with a choking casualty.
This course is great as a supplement to your current first aid training however, it does not meet the risk assessment needs for FAW/EFAW qualified first aiders, as per HSE guidelines.
Tigerlily Training uses scenario-based training techniques as these are proven to maximise recall and provide learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to act effectively when emergencies arise.
This course is suitable for anyone. It gives you the knowledge and confidence to use a Defibrillator effectively and how to perform effective CPR.
