Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive Salary - up to £30,000 plus commission (uncapped) Full time – Monday to Friday

Join our enthusiastic and inclusive Sales & Customer Focus team at Tigerlily Training and help us continue to deliver life-saving skills to over 30,000 people per year.

This is a great opportunity to join a winning team as a Business Development Executive. You’ll be working in our sales pod and be responsible for building your pipeline, putting your hard-earned business development skills and knowledge into practice in a fast-moving, pro-active target-driven area selling first aid training services to businesses across the UK.

The Role 

  • Creating and owning your own sales pipeline and portfolio
  • Meeting targets to support the collective sales team target
  • Creating the very best customer experience and building long-term relationships
  • Ensuring your positive attitude shines through with all customers

You’ll need:

  • Previous experience working in a telephone sales role
  • A background in providing the best customer experience
  • Ability to negotiate and close business
  • Great customer rapport and telephone skills
  • The passion to take real accountability for your goals
  • Determination to succeed and support the business
