L 2 First Aid for Mental Health - Adult(1 day Practical or Virtual via Teams Level 2 or at your place of work )
Our First Aid for Mental Health Course is available either at your place of work on a day of your choosing or at any of our training venues across the UK or can be delivered virtually with one of our qualified trainers.
The course will equip you with the necessary skills to recognise signs of mental ill-health, an understanding of common mental health issues, and knowledge of how to support positive wellbeing.

This course is ideal for anyone in the workplace, as well as for individuals who wish to have a better understanding of mental health issues, and how to help.
About the course
Our one day course qualifies you as a First Aider for Mental Health, and teaches you:
- How to understand mental health and mental illness
- How to provide advice and support for a person presenting a mental health condition
- How to recognise a range of mental health conditions
- The first aid for mental health action plan and how to utilise it
- How to implement a positive mental health culture in the workplace

Certificates:
